Rocket Engine Testing

Operate a miniature rocket-engine testing device to collect thrust data and analyze impulse graphs (force vs. time).

I learned rocket-engine testing protocols and how to interpret impulse graphs. The biggest takeaway: the larger the area under the impulse graph, the more successful the engine is at producing thrust over time.

Matching the correct data results to the model impulse curves was the hardest part — max thrust varied for each engine. In hindsight, I wish I had taken more notes since the topic was fascinating.
